WITT Certification partners with a global network of independent auditors who conduct third-party evaluations on behalf of the certification program for hotels and resorts. These auditors provide objective, standards-based assessments, including comprehensive reviews and verifications of property materials, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and credibility of the WITT Certification process.

Auditors bring strong expertise across the sector and are trained to apply a rigorous, consistent evaluation methodology. The WITT Certification framework assesses each property against more than 100 criteria, drawn from 300 IWTC standards across Five Pillars. Applicable standards are structured and vary by property type, location, and regional context.

This role is suited to individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, wellness, tourism, sustainability, operations, auditing, consulting, quality assurance, or related fields, and who demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, objectivity, and standards integrity. The required first step in the auditor pathway is successful completion of the WITT Accredited Professional (WITT AP) Program. This program provides comprehensive education in the IWTC (WITT) framework and prepares candidates to apply the standards consistently within real-world hospitality environments.
